Clock & chair for The Cabinet Office
It’s always great to photograph & video beautiful design, and photographing this one-off custom designed & built clock for The Cabinet Office was a bit of a treat for us. The clock was quite an effort to get it into the studio, and we had comments from passers-by who thought we were carrying a corpse (draped in a blanket as it was). But we made it into the studio with it.
The brief with the video, which was a banner-style video for the website, was not to show the whole clock but rather intriguing glimpses of design details that hinted at what the clock might look like, so for this we concentrated on abstract shapes with design details.
